Domino's Pizza

Domino's has come a long way in terms of consistency and efficiency, where I can order online and, by the time I drive there (5-10 min) my food is ready and brought to me. Their $3 deal for the next order being stackable with regular coupons is great. More importantly, Domino's still considers extra cheese to be a topping, unlike their competition who puts it in a separate category so you're always charged extra. I have been surprised to find I go here regularly now more than any other chain.

I ordered online a couple weeks ago and they messed up my order so they gave me a free pizza but I had to call in to claim. When I called to redeem I also ordered a Lg 2 Topping pizza and bread twists as well as a couple sauces. The price was $33.63. I arrived at the store, paid the amount, and then saw the sign showing a special for $15.99. When I asked the lady why I didn't receive the deal she said it was because I DIDN'T ASK for the coupon. Paraphrased: "We've been trained NOT TO OFFER coupons unless you ask. People get offended when we offer coupons." No apology. No refund for the difference. Nothing. She didn't even seem to care. This is not how you treat customers!

Amanda is amazing ! She got me taken care of and was so kind ... exactly the type of customer service I expect from dominos. The epitome of excellent management and leadership. Xoxoxo will continue to return .
