Whoever was working on 10/06/22 around 12:15AM is extremely unprofessional! These people hid from any outside view (I have video footage of them going to the back when cars would pull to the intercom) only to come back out when they thought the coast was clear. If they had an issue in the restaurant then someone should've been letting customers know you weren't talking orders. If the intercom was broken, then a sign could've been put up... if you don't wanna work, call off or quit

They focus so much on the drive through, Uber eats, door dash etc ( heard the employee actually admit to that reason for the long wait) that people are waiting over 30 minutes for food inside.

I tried placing an order today at 10:53am but the app wasn't working. I called and was told they don't do phone orders. Celia said if I come in, she would have Breakfast for me and she came through! It's very very appreciated when your home store has your back. Thank you for your great customer service!
