Best Taco Bell in the area! The staff is always friendly and my order is always correct. I never have to wait long at all in the drive thru bc they work fast and keep the line moving.

Stopped by last night at 9:30pm to an extremely long line at the drive thru so I went inside. Waited at the counter to order and made eye contact with several employees with none of them acknowledging my presence at all. During this time someone came in and picked up a doordash order. An employee handed him the bag, looked at me standing at the counter and just turned and walked away. I decided to order at the kiosk to maybe speed things up a bit. Both kiosks were down with a note that said to order at the counter. Went back to the counter and made eye contact and waved at several employees including the drive thru attendant with no one even acting like I was there. Walked out after a total of about 20 minutes waiting and went to Wendys down the street where I ordered and received my food with a smile and a 'thank you' in just a couple of minutes.

I think I've only had a problem here once or twice of the many times I've come. The people are friendly enough and the food has been of the expected quality. Generally I'm rating this by fast food standards and that would mean that in my case it's as good as it gets. So slightly messing up one of ten orders is basically the best you can hope for. Contrast that to my experiences with Mc Donalds where I'll be lucky if there isn't some crippling issue every single visit. Feels weird to praise an establishment for being just good, but like I said, this is fast food we're talking about. So yeah, I'll be happy to keep coming here.
