The old people that come there for their coffee need to respect these people more than they do because they work hard to do all the things you can do at home. So stop rushing these people and give them MORE RESPECT!!! ABRACADABRA ASE
I used to love Dunkin’ Donuts then for a while stopped going because the service and coffee was terrible. But this location has consistently great service and good coffee. Their morning staff has been amazing, give them all raises!
My issue is the service. I’m in the drive through. I waited 15 ish mins for my food which is whatever. I get that they’re busy. The problem is when I walked in to get the order of hash browns they forgot to give me, they acted like they didn’t just walk out and hand me my food. I sat there for 5 mins without being acknowledged. I had to get in the line that had formed after I got in there. Then it took like 10 mins to get my hash browns. Dude who came up to the register to help was cool.
