I'm so used to Taco Bells forgetting parts of my order, and getting treated like I'm bothering employees because I'm hungry, this spot is a breath of fresh air. Great crew, clean dining room/bathrooms. Isaiah is especially courteous and helpful.
Two times in a row, order door dash for work lunch, and they keep getting my order wrong. This time they just didn't include part of my meal. I called and asked for a refund, they said they could replace it, but since I am working, this doesn't resolve my issue. Then when I explained I couldn't pick it up at this time, they hung up on me. Waste of money and time.
We love coming to this taco bell! We live in Spartanburg and we never get this kind of service at any of our Taco Bell’s or really any other restaurant. Everyone is so nice and cheerful and the order is always perfect! Thank y’all for excellent service
