Taco Bell

I've gone to this Taco Bell far too many times over my life, and it has consistently remained the slowest, most disorganized, most chaotic fast food establishment. It can take a full hour for them to help 4 people. I've had every single item made wrong multiple times. We joke about there being a wheel inside that they spin, that determines the items they serve customers. The app, which is convenient at every other location, becomes a bear trap, holding your car in line when you absolutely would have left a half hour ago, had you not already paid. Fast food is almost always hard, thankless work, disrespected and unappreciated. I know this and I don't blame the staff. At this point, I don't even blame management. This is on Taco Bell, who is clearly not doing something right at this location. "Why is this review so long?" you may be wondering. I went through the drive thru at about 6pm. It was very busy but the line did move at a steady pace. The staff that took the order & presented the order were nice & professional. The tacos were fresh & hot. The funny part of the transaction was I asked the lady for 2 packs of mild sauce. She said the sauce was already in the bag. When I got home I checked the bag. She was correct, the sauce was in the bag. All 24 packs. ????

I will never come back to this taco bell location. They messed my whole order up, didn't give me what I ordered I had to go back in to get the rest of my food that i ordered ???? an than when I got out to the car I noticed they didn't make my 5 layer burrito right either ???? worst taco bell ever. The food looked old an it was all made messy. If I could I would give them a 0 rating.
