Taco Bell

The way them employees make & wrap tacos is what kills me. Why do the shell have to be soggy? Why is it more LETTUCE THAN ANYTHING on the taco?. Then the order taker is so rude, like how can you take someone order without listening to them. If you just close your mouth & hear the order the accuracy will be correct. It's certain things I see as being a manager in the fast food industry that these restaurants isn't caring about. Smh

The cashier at the drive thru window on 10/11/2023 at 4pm with long black and white braids was absolutely terrible . If I would’ve been a secret shopper or if this was an audit she would’ve failed terrible for dine in and drive thru. Never heard the smile in her voice and I was never greeted inside or in drive thru I had to ask to have my order taken. She was very unpleasant with an unbothered attitude and my food was completely wrong. Working at this location and managing Taco Bells for many years (Gabrielle Whitfield) I understand the importance behind the brand and hope that this will be different going forward.

The taco bell lunch I ordered was fresh and hot. That is the way fast food should be. I enjoyed the crunch I got biting into my loco taco. Yum
