The drive thru was super fast and the food was perfect! We got there 4 minutes before lunch and our breakfast foods were still very fresh. The cashier was very friendly and appeared clean. The exterior of the building was immaculate and there was an employee sweeping the lot. Will definitely stop again!
I went to the drive-thru Taco Bell on Miller Lane today to order about $20 worth of stuff and not only did they not have any happy hour drinks the guy working the headset was extremely rude he kept commenting on me not being a happy customer and saying little slick things when I say okay well can we do this and can we do that to fix the fact that you don't have this promotional thing that you're advertising. And at the end of the day I ended up asking for a full refund because the guy in the Drive-Thru would not stop giving his extra lip as to why I was in a happy customer but the manager did give me my money back and I left a happy customer and said goodbye.
Why do you first give a drink without the straw and later rest of the order? What's the purpose ???? Is this idea of management? Cause I would literally send them back to school for such practices.
