Taco Bell

We placed an order on the app for pick up, but when we got to the store, they said our order was never received. We were charged 31$, and when we arrived, there was apparently another order under the same name, but somehow ours was never received. With the way the app works, however, there is no way to get a refund on it. So that's 31$ we probably won't be getting back because allegedly, they have no record of our order. Despite us showing them that we definitely put one in.

I mean... It's Taco Bell. But I go to this one (because it's closest to my place) but also because the people there have always been genuine and I always reciprocate that back. Worst experience I ever came across! I overheard the dark hair bigger lady SCREAM YELL at the top of their lungs at a customer who was just waiting for almost half an hour for someone to help him to see if his order was done or not. Apparently the order was behind the counter the whole time sitting there getting cold, and the customer asked politely if they could remake it since it's been so long it's cold, no problem if not. The lady was super hostile, unprofessional, and rude that the rest of us who overheard just find it scary and awkward. She should be fired or placed on leave until she gets professional mental anger management help or something. I left.
