Elsa's Mexican Restaurant

We are from G.A so one of our buddies took us out for dinner here. The place was ok clean few people only one waiter attending two big parties alone. He was great actually. Received our food it wasn't what we are used to so we didn't touch it just wasn't made to our liking the Margaritas also aren't what we liked. But we definitely appreciated that they had my Thumbler cup I left behind. I would go back again on our next trip maybe get wings and enjoy just hanging out there because they were ok with our loud laughs. Kid-friendliness: They provide colors and paper so they can draw as they wait. Parking: Nice size,,Two way out.

Worst experience ever. Horrible service alert!! I’ll begin with the servers unsettling attitude towards our table. The server seemed very much annoyed and busy as she didn’t introduced herself, she asked questions about orders while exiting the area as guest are still speaking, not allowing her guest time to respond properly. The table had to ask for silverware, our drink orders were messed up, even our food orders are missed up, she didn’t check anyones ID. We ordered one thing of cut fries and were brought out waffle fries, which the server told us we wouldn’t be charged for them due to them not being what I order. It was definitely on the bill. As we got our bills we were charged for only our meals, only after making payment did we learn that she added an 18% gratuity to each ticket without inform us. This waitress embarrassed me and my family with her overall annoyed attitude. Her lack of communication was horrible and she just brought us whatever she wanted to not what we ordered.

They don’t have taco salads any more. The waitress did not tell me. She just brought me a bowl with only had black beans and rice and a little chicken you couldn’t even find it the chicken. Then she try and tell me that’s what I ordered. and said I order it I told her no I order a taco salad. Then she told me oh we don’t sell those any more. She did not bring me my sides or sour cream. I asked her for it she said oh you want that too. It’s on the menu I paid for it. Terrible sevice will not be going back
