Taco Bell

In a time where customers cannot come into your lobby. You choose to make it one order per customer. Extremely inconsiderate and how much money are you losing? The drive through is already slow. Fill orders! Came to visit a second time. There was a man at the window who did not have a car. They would not serve this gentleman. How are you supposed to feed your customers when you won't open this store. He had money. I pulled around and waited after four cars for him to get a chalupa. No. I did not have time but people should not be treated this way. Move this manager go a store far far from here.

Unfortunately, I was instructed when pulling into the drive through that there was a 45 minute wait for any orders in the drive through unless you are a third party delivery party. Popular weekend in the city due to TX/OU Red River Showdown, and there was no one in the drive through. Makes me question that this branch aligns their business model with a plan Taco Bell would approve of.

I have come here since before the pandemic. They have horrible customer service pandemic or not. They treat their customers like trash and make everyone use the kiosks. Actually, it is kinda ironic because during the whole pandemic they would take your order and make you stand outside even though their bathrooms were disgusting and they had/have no paper towels. This entire establishment is a joke.
