Trash. They basically make you what they want and put it in the bag. I dont know who is in charge of quality control here but they clearly aren't doing their jobs. Tried to get in touch with corporate and its the same thing. You just sit on hold until it sounds like someone is going to answer the phone and then they just hang up. No wonder they are doing whatever they want there is no one to keep them in check. I guess I'll hit up the social media posts until I get a response.

Absolutely the worse experience I’ve ever had! The guy taking the order got the order completely wrong didn’t offer me a receipt. Then when I questioned him about my complete order I was told to come inside the restaurant. They weren’t able to fix it by the window and very rudely the manager comes in with starts attitude I’m telling you you need to fire the whole lot worst customer service ever

The $5 chalupa box was a mess. The only thing that was good was the chalupa. They gave me crumbs instead of chips, with watery cheese dip. The burrito was full of beans and a drop of beef. The drink was full of ice, it felt like I only have 3 sips. Lastly the cinnabon delights were greasy as hell. All in all it was a waste of $7. I rather go to Wendy’s right next door.
