If there was an option to out a no star i would, there are a bunch of kids working at least 6,7 and literally only 1 is actually working everyone else joking around and or in the back, register open and Noone to take orders, they seemed lost with no leadership and very very low lack of management, whomever is the manager or trainer needs to consider a new career, this is our 3rd consecutive visit and its always degrading. Very very bad ???? never again. Below is our receipt
The girl Liurmila Calderon working there has headphones on and got our order wrong and it was cold cause she didn’t call out our number. We were sitting in front of the place. A kind a customer told us our food was ready otherwise who knows how long until she was done with her headphones…She was so focus on her headphones and not her job. Shame on her.
Gretel is such an amazing worker. Every time I go she makes the most delicious sandwiches for me, is very nice and always greats me with a beautiful attitude. Go Gretel for employee of the month!
