Taco Bell

We ordered a bunch of tacos for our office to celebrate national taco day. They sent us tacos with no meat. So we opted for pizza for our lunch meeting and will not be back to this taco bell

Terrible location. Doesn’t even deserve one star. Drive thru line was out into the street so I order with the app and went inside to get the food. There were 10 people waiting for their food inside. Two guys that were in like to order walked out right after I went in. Another guy who was waiting walked out saying that he couldn’t wait any longer. He had already paid and left without his order because it took so long. There was a woman who apparently used to work there standing partially behind the counter giving out cups. I wound up waiting 15 minutes from the time I walked in to get my order. And two of the four items were made wrong. My chicken burrito had zero chicken in it and I paid to add sour cream to a chilito, unsurprisingly, there was none. Also, purchased a drink, and the soda machine had zero ice. I sent a complaint to TB through their website but they have failed to respond, so I left this review.

The lady on the late shift was so nice and she showed concern for her customers. We also went to Buffalo Wild wings and it was horrible here in Cincinnati. I would never go back there, the waitress wasn't polite at all and she rushed us to order & took forever to help us. We had to seat ourselves and the food wasn't good, so I just left the food, paid for it and walked out very dissatisfied. It was the one on or close by Montgomery around the corner from the red roof inn on governor Street or whatever you call this lil plaza next to the Belgian Waffle Restaurant.
