Food was great. Cook was rude though, too worried about what time he gets to close the kitchen and leave (was about 9:30pm), rather than being polite and putting customers first. To be clear, it was not past closing time and we still have no idea why the cook would come out and say anything at all in the first place. The only time I've ever had a cook come out and speak to the table was to ask how the steaks and food was that they prepared). My wife asked for the manager. She was very nice. Our waiter Gage, was great. Makes great margaritas too. I would of gave them 5 starts instead of four but the cook ruined that. None the less, I would definitely go back as long as the cook stays in the kitchen and let's the waiter / manager deal with customers dining in.

Like all corporate run restaurant formats you will generally not get a bad experience, the food is good for the Americana. Streaks are the primary offering with the common added variations of shrimp or lobster. Then the menu goes to the chicken and fish ending to the one burger. Don't get the burger! I found it bland in flavor what a surprise. The steak and shrimp my spouse ate was the better meal. Finally the mixed drink margaritas are a joke. They look pretty, but find the tequila in the mix, I dare you!

Got the 12oz ribeye. It was good, but the seasonings on it were a little spicy for my taste! Baked potato and salad were great! The star of the show was the Strawberry Cream Shortcake! (See picture) It was delicious!
