This locations drive through can only process one order at a time. Cars are often backed up to the street Those that think they'll get faster service in the dinning room, will often find the doors locked.
Can't go in and when you go to the drive thru they pull you to the front door and make you sit and wait so it doesn't count on the drive thru time and they can be as slow as they want. Completely rude employees as well! Update... it's only gotten worse. Clearly the higher upside don't care!
Seemed like the staff was overwhelmed and could have used more help. The food wasn't great, which was a bummer because we waited so long for it.
