I don’t know if it’s a staff issue or what but every time I hit this place up before work, there’s a line 10 cars deep. It’s every. single. time. You’d think they’d try to plan for the rush but it’s always a 20 minute ordeal at least to use the drive through. Staff is mostly friendly though except the short white dude with dyed hair, dude is always miserable and won’t even acknowledge you when you say thanks.
Service was OK. Just about everyone in line had to pull over to waiting area for food. I was in drive thru. The first question was did i use app. No. Food tasted pretty good. Ordered a double quarter ponder with cheese. Cheese was missing on most of sandwich. I felt the effort was being made to make the food in a timely manner, but was coming up a bit short.
