Taco Bell

STAY AWAY! Large cockroaches and horrible service! I waited in line for 25 minutes only to find out that they only had two Taco Bell items available (soft taco and Doritos taco). Ummmm, how in the world are you out off 99% of the menu? If so, CLOSE THE RESTAURANT down! OR at least have the decency to post a sign or have one of the many employees (whom were entering/exiting/smoking) let people know so they don’t waste their time. But honestly, I guess I was saved by their roach infested building…soooo many large cockroaches outside their building. I actually shut my window because I was afraid one would climb up my car. YUCK!!! Seriously, this location either needs to retrain/hire better or be SHUT DOWN BY THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

Consistently the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Taco Bell. I’m usually not inclined to complain, but after 5 visits with actively rude and aggressive employees, I thought it was time. (One woman tried to argue with me that sour cream didn’t come on a burrito, and then it come out with it anyway…even though I explicitly asked for no sour cream?) In addition, I’ve never actually had my order come out right. Not once. And today I was told that they no longer offer cups of water even though I didn’t mind paying for it. Someone please send help for these people, it’s quite obvious that their company and managers aren’t treating them right.

Combo#2 is labeled "3 Crunchy Taco Supremes", and what do I get? Soft taco supremes. I don't know why I am ever surprised. Note to self: always always always check in the bag before leaving. If you're pathetic enough to get fast food, then expect pathetic service in today's America!
