The customer service at this location is by far the best EVER! Food is always fresh & hot. I order large catering platters from this location a couple times per year. They get the order 100% each time. Quality & Price hands down the best in Charlotte! Enjoy!
Worst experience ever I came in 20 minutes prior to close and they had already shut down the quesadilla press which is one of the most popular menu items. The store had a whole 20 minutes to continue operation and literally took a key item off of the menu for the convenience of the employees.
Ate here with my kids. It was our first time and the customer service guy was very nice! He walked us through the menu and everything. Another guy assured us this was better than Chipotle. It was...okay. Wasn't bad, but was NOT better than Chipotle. The rice lacked flavor, chips were a little stale but the service was top notch so 4 stars.
