Taco Bell

We went in to this Taco Bell at 6:50pm on Jan 11,2022. We ordered our food from here they were incredibly rude! We wanted to dine in. Clearly the dine in was open but they said you have to order from the drive thru. All we asked is can we eat inside. The black lady told the other guy named michel “you already told them once order in the drive thru you don’t have to tell the twice” like in front of us they were being rude to us. Then they gave us cold food. And we order potato fiesta the potatoes were old. There was hair in our food!!!! All of us our getting sick! Never ever eat from here or order! They don’t have good CUSTOMER SERVICE!! While we were eating they kept staring us down. INCREDIBLY RUDE AND NOT APPROPRIATE!!!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED.

Un.. accept..able! I have been using this Taco Bell ONLY when desperate for the last year but this is the final straw. I was charged for my mobile order, got to the store at 7pm to find the doors were locked, forced to wait 20 minutes to get to the speaker, then told that they don’t have any mobile orders and that the system just shows them as being accepted. That’s right. It charged me for my order. Told me it was accepted. Then told me it was ready. Then when I get there it’s magically a thing they don’t do. To top it off. Instead of offering to take my order again, after I waited in the drive thru, they ended our conversation and moved on. This is not the first time the terrible staff has been rude and unprofessional. I could not even get a refund through the app or the food I paid for. This is the WORST Taco Bell in the history of them; and I WILL be following up with management and notifying the community as BEST I can of the terrible building that is the Arboretum Taco Bell. Taco Bell is…..well, Taco Bell. The food we actually received was as expected but service was MISERABLE. Stopped in with a few kids on a Friday night around 9:30. Decided to go in as the drive-thru line was ridiculously long. Should have known what we were in for. After a quick checkout at the self-serve kiosks, we literally waited 25 minutes for 5 food items and 4 drinks. Entire staff was casually walking around the kitchen with no one stepping foot towards the counter where we and three other parties were patiently waiting. Once the order was finally ready, we had to remind them about the drinks and they acted like they were doing us a favor. To top things off, one of the food items was missing once we finally got the order. Under staffed? Inexperienced manager? Who knows? We clearly don’t come to Taco Bell for 5-star service but this was simply inexcusable.
