I should have known there was something wrong with this place when it was empty at 10-11 pm on a Friday night. Evidently they no longer serve alcohol so this is not a “cantina” it’s just a regular Taco Bell.
I pre-ordered my meal via the website. I ordered a combo meal and substituted all the beef for beans as I'm vegetarian. When I arrived to collect my order, they hadn't called my name, so I waited. I watched 5 staff mess around, one staff member made 3 tacos incorrectly. The customer wanted only beans. No beef. Eventually I asked where my Meal was and they had placed it at the back and just threw it at me. I should have checked them for beef, but I didn't. They made the taco and the soft taco with beans. But low and behold the added beef to my burrito and no beans. I'd avoid this place if you're vegetarian cos the staff do not care and have no attention to what you're actually ordering.
We stopped in to grab some late night munchies on the way back to our hotel. The food was good and the service was a well-oiled machine!! That crew was slammed with orders and just kept rocking! … More
