Been 3 times. Food was decent by TB standards. Staff seems like they hate their existence, which I understand, I've worked food service before, for many years. Dining room was dirty. There's nothing 'cantina' about this Taco Bell, I guess the pandemic made them cut that out... Idk. But it was par for the course for Taco Bell. And more expensive than non-downtown locations. If you can get taco bell outside of downtown, do it. If not, this location will do just fine, it wasn't bad, it just wasn't great.
