Taco Bell

Went there at a decent time, placed my order and whoever was working the window clearly shouldn't be. Got a grilled chicken ranch burrito no lettuce and tomato but instead of taking those items off, THEY TAKE OFF THE CHEESE WHEN IT WAS NEVER SAID. If you want taco bell I recommend anywhere else besides this one. Manager clearly didn't listen when I had them "fix" it either.

It was my first time trying there nachos, and they where horrible. The meal is the number five . I don’t recommend, it tasted like some one put something that was not supposed to be added in my food . Don’t get the number five , you would think someone put poison in your food .

I love Taco Bell. I've waited 2 years and dozens of visits to review this location to give it a fair chance, but it is consistently a poor experience here. Like other reviews mention, you may wait 20-40 minutes for an order when there's literally 8-10 people working - this happens even if there's only a handful of customers including the drive-thru. This is fast food not fine dining... They're also regularly out of product, especially promotional product. They will mess up every other order too so you have to make sure it's right before you leave. My assumption is very poor management, if there even is actual management that isn't a 'shift lead.' It's quite clear the franchisee that owns this store has no desire of improving it seeing the reviews this place has had for years.
