Chick-fil-A

The entire play area is visible from the dining area but parents aren’t allowed to eat while their kids play. I was so disappointed when I was reprimanded the other day during breakfast. I could see and hear my kids the whole time. Food isn’t allowed in the play area (understandably). There is no note on the door about this either. It just reads “kids must be supervised by parents”. They were being supervised the whole time! I’ve never been to a Chick Fil A with such a ridiculous rule. I’ll be going to a different location where they are more parent/child friendly.

This is the worst chick filet I have ever been to. Drive through was slow and now I know why. We clearly told the person taking our order that we wanted large drinks. We paid in cash and proceeded to the window to get our food. They handed us our food and asked is that is everything. We said no, we need our drinks. Out come all medium drinks. We said we had ordered large drinks. The person handing us our food said yea that’s been happening all day. We have to up charge you for the drinks. I said really. You can’t just give us the drinks we ordered. I even pointed out the person who took the order. They said no our policy is to upcharge. I asked to speak to the manger about having to pay twice when they are the ones making all the errors. She was worthless. May as well of had a robot there repeating this is our policy this is our policy. So disgusted about all the time this was taking and the poor customer service we just left. Will not return to this establishment.

Ordered my food and 2 minutes later it was put in the drive through window. Waited an extra 10 minutes in line while I listen to the employee talk to the customer about coffee as my food was getting cold. Finally got up to the window and the employee handed me a cold sandwich. I will never go back to THIS location!
