Taco Bell

I placed a mobile order for drive thru pickup. When I arrived, I was asked to wait in the parking lot for 5 minutes, and then drive back around. When I came back around, they only gave me one of my drinks and I had to argue to get my 2nd one. Upon arriving home, I discovered they had forgotten 2 crunchy tacos as well. Definitely won't be returning, I'll drive to the college park taco bell instead.

CHECK YOUR BAG!! Never going here again. It’s been a couple of times that my items were missing. Ordered 5 chalupas tonight. Only two were in the bag. Ordered potatoes that turned out to be deep fried and not the usual soft ones. The manager seems like a nice guy and exchanged the potatoes but when we came home we found we didn’t have tacos.

I have been to this Taco Bell quite a few times and I keep going back just because it is convenient. Check your bag before you leave, because about half the time they forget something. They also have a tendency to put someone with a thick accent on the drive thru and I have trouble understanding them. The menu board is placed far from the ordering speaker and it can be hard to read. Update: Went again and again they forgot the utensils and instead of rice and beans gave just rice! We have been here about 10 times, but never again. Update 2: Happened to be on our route and even though I said we would never stop again, we did and regret it. It took 40+ min for us to get our food ordering in the app and carrying out. I didn't trust they would get my order right, so I decided to go inside.
