Taco Bell

Don't usually have a bad experience here but tonight was beyond any excuse.. asked for a potato taco with spicy ranch, got a small chunk of chicken slathered in some sauce, and my hardshell tacos had a huge dollops of sour cream on one side only... Really upset that I paid what I paid for food that was improperly made. Won't be back for a while..

Be careful in ordering through the mobile app. It does not show the location that it would send the order to, until you have already ordered and paid. The location it sent our order was 30 min drive while there are 3 tacobell around us within 3-5 min drive. What is more, when they flash the location, they dwill not allow you to cancel the order, even though "cancel order" link is there. Thus you are trapped and we ended up forgetting that order and wasted money. I recommend not to use the mobile or on line ordering until the location is given to you to confirm first.

By far one of the best Taco Bells I have been to. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food looked like it should. My strawberry lemonade actually tasted like it is supposed. I have never been to this Taco Bell. If I am outbin that Aurora area again, will certainly stop at this location.
