I would actually put 0 stars!!! Everytime I order at night the food is cold. I'd rather go to McDonald's, Burger King or Duchess. You have lost my business!!! Get some workers who actually know how to warm up food!! As a matter of fact you should close early.

I personally never get Tacobell, the food they offer is not to my liking. I am posting this for my son, who ordered 2 Crunch Wrap Supremes. The crunch wrap is named that because it us a soft wrap with a crunchy corn taco, meat, cheese, lettuce and tomatoes then it is grilled to toast and seal the wrap closed. It sounds very tasty. Both wraps were made poorly. One wrap was missing the corn taco and only had about a teaspoon of beef in it. The 2nd Crunch Wrap Supreme had all the ingredients except as with the first crunch wrap there was only about a teaspoon of the meat mix. From reading most of the other ratings it seems that this Tacobell has a very poor manager and that the servers are very poorly trained. I was going to call them to complain but I have a feeling (from reading other customers remarks) that my complaint would have fallen on deaf ears. What was I going to do anyway, drive back 15 mins to have new ones made, how can you trust that the person who probably was just
