Taco Bell

Order was accurate, but I waited almost 30 minutes for my food. That's crazy. Also when I asked for truffle sauce, I was told it was discontinued. I do like Taco Bell, but not on this day. It was not a good day for Taco Bell. 1). The drive thru could not take any orders due to lack of staff. 2). You had to place your own order on 2 computer screens on the wall behind all the customers waiting. 3). I suggested they put a closed sign or a safety cone at the entrance, so customers knew it wasn't open. Guess what? That's against Company Policy. They would rather inconvenience every drive-thru customer and trap them in a line that is backed up. 4.) They shorted my order, which was upsetting to me. The staff was friendly as usual. But what would have been a quick trip, turned into almost 45 minutes. Next time we want Taco Bell, I will call first to see if the drive-thru is up and running. Parking: Not enough, especially if the drive-thru is not up and running.

I used their drive through to get a quick, cheap late lunch. Service was good and surprisingly the food was not bad at all. I got their burrito and taco supreme combo number three. Pretty good value as long as you understand it’s still taco Bell “Mexican” food.
