Taco Bell

I have been getting food from this location for a few years. I haven't had bad experience even when I go there late at night. Like everywhere else they are also short on staff. Last time I was there a few days ago, they were out of some KFC menu items which I was okay with. Other than that it has good.

This Taco Bell is terrible. I completely understand being out of products, but screaming at me "I don't HAVE any Baja Blasts" when I order one isn't really the way to go about saying you're out of something. I didn't personally take the Baja Blasts from you, no need to act like it's my fault. When I said thank you at the window the woman just rolled her eyes and said "mhmm." When I was leaving, she very snarkily said "on that note I guess have a great day." All I managed to say to any staff member was my order, "that's okay, I'll have a Dr Pepper," and "thank you." I also would have understood if maybe there was a rush and people were feeling the stress, but this was at 11:30 on a Tuesday morning and nobody was even in line. This just seems to be a base line level of service regardless of circumstance.

They've got a nice dining room with cold AC, but I guess they don't want anyone using it. Apparently It's drive-thru only, even though there are no signs posted and the doors are unlocked. I only learned that when someone yelled at me from the back after I'd been standing at the counter a couple minutes.
