Taco Bell

I love Taco Bell, who doesn't. However it seems that rolling a burrito is a challenge. Everytime I order my 5 layers, they always have a blow out at the end of the burrito. It's annoying! Always leaves messes. Also Taco Bell claims they have no limit on their IG. Yet when asking for 25 Fire sauces I might be lucky to get 5. It averages about 1 packet to each item. When I ask for another hand full the dude gives this like 3 more. Don't put a packet count on the app if you are not going to honor it. So Now we have learned. Go inside, get way more then needed for times when going through the drive. I have looked it up. It's about 0.03 cents per packet. Come on Taco Bell, you can do better!

This is the worst customer service ever these employees don’t acknowledge any of the customers walking in even as they’re standing in front of the register if they want people to only use the Kiosk to place an order that’s fine but they should take out the registers at the counter or at least greet customers and let them know to use the kiosk and if any questions or need help come back up to the register so they can help
