Two times we've been here recently and both times they were GREAT. Service was excellent, with friendly personnel, and food was brought out hot and just as we ordered it. The food and drinks are tasty, and we will go back. I'm usually not a big fan of national chain restaurants but this Red Robin does it right.
Ordered curb side pick up and my order was completely wrong! The burgers were not made the way I ordered and also burnt. The mozzarella sticks were completely hollow. The manager named Natalie thought my complaint was funny and refused to assist.
2 burgers and an appetizer costs around 40. We came in during lunch on a Saturday. The truffle fries were pretty good. Burgers were cooked to the temperature we requested. Server was nice. Considering the high amount of bad reviews, I’m scared to come back and eat my review words. ???? whoever is cooking on Saturday, keep them around.
