Taco Bell

Taco had very little meat and cheese. Burritos was soggy and charged to much. No Receipt I did call and complain and they made it right but went there again and same thing but this time I called corporate and they sent me out 2coupons for 5.00 off . To me that was nice but I rather not take a chance again with this place unless it’s simple like Nachos

Absolutely horrible service. I had a mobile order, and when I showed up to the drive through and told them my name, they said that I had to park my car and come inside. This is already an inconvenience when you have somewhere to be, but once I got inside the service continued to go downhill. The manager who had 3 other people on staff was short and wouldn't say anything other than order at the keyosk. The 3 employees were in the back standing around doing what I assume was prep work. Nobody taking orders and only the manager making food. Instead of working on my order, the manager decided it was a good time to stop, pull all of the money out of the safe and take it to the office. She wasn't even trying to give the impression that she was working hard or cared about the customers at all. After a couple of minutes she then came back and started preparing food without washing her hands. It took over 15 minutes to get my food. With 4 employees in the store and no customers in front of me.

Our family loves our local Acworth Glade Road Taco Bell but as of recently every single time we eat here our order comes out the drive thru window incorrect. They have tried to bribe people for good ratings on their surveys as well as try to hand out free unwanted items instead of fixing our order with the items we were anticipating. Let's get some team work going on at my neighborhood Taco Bell for Christ's sake and offering free stuff doesn't satisfy everyone. We want our order done right with the proper amount of food for the price we've paid! Best Of Luck...Concerned Citizen
