1885 Grill- Acworth

I met a friend for lunch and order the 1885 grill burger. It was really tasty! The service was great, we spent most the time chit chatting and the server kindly respected that, only checking in as an when. The cocktails were fun too! We sat outside on the patio, the restaurant is really large so lots of seating options! A GREAT addition to historic Acworth’s excellent restaurant fare - and this one is open on Sundays! Food is delicious - especially the Southern fare and sides. Staff is friendly and location is quite popular (especially Sundays!) Great selection of Southern Spirits and local craft beers too! Be prepared to wait for a table at popular times.

I went for the first time on Mother’s Day. My sister recommended this place. We had a one hour wait. The spicy Bloody Mary is actually spicy! The collard greens need salt and a bit more flavor. I ordered my steak Medium and it came out rare. The gravy is delicious. Memes Coca Cola ham was not impressive. I would probably try this again for happy hour but the prices were high and the delivery was low.
