Syberg's On Market

Not a great experience. My family and I decided to go to this restaurant since it was next to our hotel. We were excited about some of the food choices. The waitress did not seem interested in taking care of us. The patio had no light. I feel that our order was pretty easy but the service took forever. My family and I were getting hangry. The steak I ordered was well under done to the point that I am questioning on if I will be sick the next day. The waitress offered to pay for half of the steak, but we said no that it should be comped. The manager came out wondering what the issue was and said “oh should I have cook the steak longer?”Needless to say the steak was comped but I cannot recommend this place to eat.

~*The food was decent for bar type food. The price point was not bad. The service was excellent. Several of the employees spoke to me as I dined alone and made me feel very welcomed. One of the gentlemen even pulled out my chair to assist me with my seating. I appreciated the kind gesture. I tried the catfish basket special with hush puppies, slaw and fries. A ton of food for $10. Parking was plentiful and easy.*~

Loved the kid friendly atmosphere. Each of our children got a kid's menu and crayons. The wait staff and host were very nice and got everything we asked for right. My favorite part was the drink (the shark bite I think?) which was a blue Curacao drink with a shark filled with grenadine that you poured in yourself. Tasty and fun! The food itself was okay, but not the best. My six year old loved the Mac and cheese but did not care for the pizza. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food, kid's menu
