I have been to this location several times. They always have new workers. Yesterday was the worst experience. Which was 9/28/22. One of the cashiers didn’t seem to be trained well on taking orders. Our food came to fast. It was very hot on the outside but the inside of the food was cold. The shrimp had been reheated be a they were mushy. The turkey necks didn’t taste as fresh. The potatoes were hard. It was just horrible. The crabs were ice cold on the inside. It was just ridiculous. This was one of our favorite spots. Won’t be back anytime soon. Wasted time and money.
Horrible customer service! I placed an order an hour ahead of time online and part of my order was missing I called back and the rude employee said they have to review cameras in order to refund the order I never got. The order was suppose to be ready at 6:25 and it wasn’t ready until 10 min after. If you’re gonna have people waiting, ID people, ask for the card they pay with, the LEAST you can do is get the order right. Food is nothing out of ordinary, spicy Cajun flavor but NOT worth coming twice!
Cashier was friendly but it's really loud inside so it's hard to order. All of the workers had their masks under chin...wjats the point of wearing one? Shrimp fried rice was perfect. The stuffed shrimp was burnt or (very well done for a "nicer" term)and stuffed with jalapeno and cheddar. Very small dark pieces. Not worth the price. Not many items on the menu but it was extremely packed. I waited over 30 minutes. My food was hot and fresh. Will definitely go back for the rice. Nothing else. Disgusting restroom. If that's nasty,what does the kitchen look like?
