SuViche – Sushi and Ceviche

I stumbled here on accident as I was taking a walk close to my hotel. Stopping by to have lunch here was absolutely the best decision I made while vacationing in Miami. I had the fried mashed potatoes balls with steak (see picture for reference). I don’t even know what it is called on the menu lol. The waiter was so nice and pleasant and recommended a few options when I asked. I ended up getting the fried mashed potatoes. It was absolutely delicious. I still dream about it. Hence why I am writing this review almost 1 week after leaving Miami lol. I would literally go back to Miami JUST for this. You have to try it. The steak was juicy, the fried mashed potatoes was out of this world and the sauce.. THE SAUCE was the game changer. The sauce complemented everything so well. Amazing!! Highly recommend!

I don’t usually post my comment, but this place is exception because of the wonderful dining experiment I had here. It was my first time dining here and I will definitely come back whenever I will be in Miami. They serve traditional and modern version of Peruvian food as well as Sushi. Everything I had was great. And the top of all, the things made everything tasted better were the staff member: Santina & Troy. They were great! Very attentive and welcoming, and they were very informative about their menu. I highly recommend this place.

We are visiting from nyc and this was the first stop of our trip - right after we landed and before we even checked into our hotel. The food is incredible and so flavorful, at a great price. We went to the Brickell location and had the best experience with our waiter, Jesus. He answered all our touristy questions about the area and gave great recs from the menu. He was attentive and helpful - so much so, that we went back another time over the weekend while we were in town.
