Sushiholic

I ordered the shrimp tempura roll and thought it was okay. My spouse ordered the house roll (pink) and really liked it. The jalapeño wasn't too much. I was really put off by the cashier/cook (he's possibly also the owner) calling female customers "babe" though. Myself included. When another woman asked him a question, he said "I already told you" then answered her question. He seemed nice enough but needs some work on his customer service skills.

The staff was nice and really welcoming. Staff gets a 4. Food was ok (3). When ordering, you are sat at a table and then you look over the menu. Then you get in line to order. If you just want water it will be in water bottle form. I always venture for a new sushi restaurant and I've reviewed inexpensive to majorly expensive so as this one was near our area I figured we would try it. Whenever I have sushi, I always get a chirashi if it's offered. It's a large bowl of fish and things depending on where you go with rice under it. This one was good. Quick call outs, the fish cuts where all over the place. Some really thin some generous. The cucumbers had an odd color to them but they were pickled and tasted better than they looked. The octopus in the chirashi was underwhelming. It was 2 pieces but one piece was tiny and the other piece was like a sliver. Absolutely love this place, the staff is amazing! The food delicious! My favorites are the rainbow and the catpilliar rolls. Highly recommend this place!
