A hidden gem in Aventura. Do not be fooled by the unassuming mall this sushi place operates from, as the atmosphere, decorations, service, and food are all excellent. They have some unique rolls which I definitely recommend over the regular-looking ones. I highly recommend the one with 'bonito flakes', the 'salmon on fire,' and last but not least - the baked melt. Also, the variety of loose leaf teas is great. Highly recommend the japanese sencha. They are also extremely attentive to detail and ensure the experience is great, providing knowledge on the type of tea, preparation, etc. Lastly, be prepared to spend some money as the experience falls on the more expensive side of things for sushi in general, but it's definitely worth it.
The sushi here is AMAZING! So fresh & worth the wait! Definitely get the baked melt. So different, but so yummy!!! Also, the owners are incredibly nice. I’ve never had someone explain the food in such detail & care when serving. Awesome sushi experience.
