Subway

Terrible service. I tried them a second time thinking they’ll be better but it wasn’t.

We had a great dine-in experience at this location. The employee who assisted us, Asaad, was Excellent! He was personable, efficient and never stopped working during our visit. When not helping customers he was re-stocking items, cleaning things, organizing, etc.. Basically, this young man was acting as if he owned the place. We were very impressed.

We love subway everywhere we go we prefer to grab quick fresh sandwiches from them. This particular location gives Subway a really bad name.Stepped in 12:38pm and the veggies are brownish and nothing is displayed fresh except for green peppers. I dont know how they even passed the state inspection?? The City of Aventura should look after this issue. I requested if they have a fresh tomatoes and lettuce and they said NO we dont have it! The guy not sure if hes the owner or manager but he is NOT trained is customer service at all, the only positive thing they have there is the young lady whos very nice and sweet, other than that this Subway here is definitely not a preferred placw to visit. I hope Subway will look into this particular franchiseto keep their name better.
