This is the most complete sushi restaurant I have been to and I have been to quite a few. All the fish is always fresh and from quality locations for sushi grade fish (I asked and Mr. Bond the chef showed us) The presentation and plating is exceptional and if you sit at the sushi bar you even get little cat chopstick holders for you chopsticks. All of the little details in presentation and garnish in addition to the quality of ingredients are what set this restaurant above the others for me. Ask for the smoked soy sauce! I've never had anything quite like it! Highly recommend!
Wow what a great lunch! Chef James Bond made some great options for us today! Everything was fresh, delicious & super tasty! I will definitely be returning soon & often!
Unbelievable, if you haven’t been do yourself a favor. James Bond might provide you with the best sushi experience ever, if you release the reins. Omakase is his strong suit to say the least.
