I called this location this morning and the guy who answered was so kind. I had a horrible experience with the University location about 10 minutes ago, but this location handled the situation very well. We asked for a large order for a property event and he was so kind in making sure he asked all the questions to his manager in such a kind way. I would be his best friend if he asked. Thank you for your service, King.
Terrible… I placed an order for 3 people. Final entree was a enchilada platter. Order arrived with 1 single enchilada with zero sides. When I pointed out their mistake they billed me again for a platter and still charged me for the kid plate single enchilada. Ridiculous. Silverware containers were empty as well. I had to ask for silverware. Was not busy at all.
Matthew and Madison make Fuzzy's a splendid experience for me and my husband. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the customer service was out of this world. I came before and it could not be anymore different, from the prompt service to the sanitation of the place overall. Our cashier Steven made sure we were well taken care of and had plenty of food of drinks.
