On April 13th 2022 Someone hacked the Subway app and used my bank cards to purchase sandwiches from this location from delivery. I immediately received notification to my email that sandwiches were ordered. This was at 2:38pm PST as I am in California. I called right away and spoke with an employee who claimed her name was “Nadia”. I explained the situation to her and I asked her to cancel the order. She refused to cancel the order and was extremely rude towards me have zero empathy. She told me it wasn’t their problem and to contact DoorDash. Why would I need to contact DoorDash if this hacker is using their Subway app to order the food. I asked to speak with the manager and she said the manager wasn’t there. “Nadia” had the most disrespectful attitude and didn’t even take down my information for a resolution with the manager.
