Jack in the Box

Place says open 24 hours on Google. At 11 pm. I called 2 times no pick up. I figured they were working. I drove 20 mins to get late night tacos and a shake. And they were closed. All I'm saying is update ur information on Google please. I wasted time, gas, and hope.

The best I can give this particular JIB is 2 stars. Was leaning on 1. I walked in and the floor was slick as ice from using a greasy kitchen mop. I was the only one inside and it took them over 5 minutes to come to the counter to wait on me. Once somebody showed up they were not knowledgeable about their own menus and specials. I saw reviews about best tacos in town, well I have to disagree with that. they were small with no content and greasy as hell. I've been to one other Jack In The Box and it was superior to this one. I will make it a point 2 never go back to this particular place. The young lady that first came to the counter was more interested in her phone than waiting on me. The food was cold ..fries were cold and soggy as well. Is it that hard to find somebody that wants to do their job?

They have a worker that will take pictures of your debit cards and then they will make purchases later until your money is gone! That’s how I was done. Yes I called the police and reported it. But jack in the box never give me my money back. If you use a card please go in and swipe it yourself. I wasn’t the only customer they did like this. And it was caught on the camera to. But they never gave my money back.
