Tried again. 8:49pm and they come on the drive-thru just to tell me it's closed. Seriously? Several bad experiences with drive through service. On one occasion the employee asked for a few minutes, so I agreed. It was about 10 minutes later before he came back on the intercom to take my order. I assumed he was busy or had just opened, but there were no other customers and they had been open for several hours already. On another occasion, I wasn't even able to get service via the dive through. No one came on the intercom. When I drove up to the window they took notice of me, but continued to ignore me. After about 10 minutes of waiting, I went somewhere else.

Every time we go here, we have issues. Who likes to eat cold chicken in a sandwich? Heat it up..... Ask for easy mayo..... I had to wipe it off. Get to together.

I keep giving this store a chance and I need to stop. I realize there is a worker shortage and other challenges with suppliers, but many of the problems here can be addressed with proper training and refresher training. I don't see evidence that effective training is taking place, so it is not entirely the employees' fault. For example when I unwrap my sandwich, the bread should not be smeared with mayo on the outside and soaked with olive water on the inside. An employee's hands should be considered 'sanitized' when they are wearing food service gloves. They should not touch their mouth to adjust their mask 5 times while making a sandwich. Awful.
