Got a full rack of pork ribs, because they don't offer beef ribs, that were served cold. Brought it to their attention and got new ribs that were cold. Sat for 15 minutes waiting for them to get us hot ribs. They never came and could seem to care less. The staff is pathetic and Comical. Save your money and go somewhere else. Hush puppies were cold and hard.
Great customer service, fast ,friendly, very clean. I would go back to this specific subway for proficiency and customer care alone...
There was only one customer in front of me so it wasn't busy at all. The young man who made my sandwich was very polite, efficient and pleasant and made the perfect sandwich. *chef's kiss* I was really happy with the whole experience. The prices seem to have gone up quite a bit since my last visit a few years ago, but prices everywhere are going up, right? I'm not going to ding them for something they can't control.
