Their meat was cooked deliciously and they have a ton of options for sauces. I lovedddd their pineapple pork sandwich. Their Mac and cheese was good, but I personally didn’t enjoy their potato salad (too mayonnaise tasting). I lived in NC so the hush puppies were a little different than the ones I’m used to. Checking the reviews I was expecting this place to be really good. Sadly, I was a bit disappointed. I got the spicy sausage, and brisket and they tasted almost exactly the same.. you could taste more of the grill than the meat. Also a sad lack of seasoning - possibly why people in Utah love it. Overall it's a pretty basic choice; not terrible, but not worth the price. The coleslaw was good though.
Pretty popular spot. 8pm on a Tuesday and about 20 people came through. Spicy BBQ sauce is legit tasty cause not too hot
