Subway

I ordered the buy 2 foot-longs get a third free deal using the Subway app, but when I arrived I was informed my order had been canceled. NO SUB FOR YOU!! While I waited for an explanation I heard one of the girls tell another customer they were out of mayo. Good grief. The explanation I eventually received was that their manager does not honor the deals in the app. I've had the same issue here with coupons. This is flat out bait and switch by Subway but they get away with it with a brief disclaimer in the fine print. They know most people will go ahead and pay the regular price. Furthermore, any manager who is so incompetent at inventory control to let a staple like mayo run out has no business as a manager. I told the girl I will get my dinner elsewhere and they have lost a customer. There are plenty other sub shops and even Subways nearby.

Busy place. Super friendly. However the lemonade tasted like it was moldy or the container wasn't cleaned properly. Had to come back and get it exchanged. Gross.

If I could give this subway ZERO stars I would! They have the worst customer service EVER! Don't waste your hard earned money here! I wanted to save some money and use the deal Subway is offering buy 2 subs and get them for $5 each in the app. I downloaded the app however I wasn't familiar with the app and I thought I eas adding the sandwiches to my cart but instead I purchased them. In the app it says to cancel the order call the store right away so I did. The store informed me the owner and manager is not there and I have to cancel in the app. I told the employee I did not want the order do not make the sandwiches I'm going to cancel in the app. I hung up and tried again to find a way to cancel. There is no way in the app to cancel the order. I called back the store and was given the managers cell phone # I called them to cancel the order however I was told since the sandwiches were made they can not cancel.
