Subway

Subway is always good because it is self designed. Be wary of condiments and foot longs if you're counting calories as everything is based on 6inch subs with no condiments. Otherwise I love Subway. This location is small, but gets the job done. They have friendly and fast service.

Service can make or break an establishment. I love Subway in general but a franchisee can definitely ruin their reputation. This particular franchisee was one of them. I could tell she was the owner. I walked in she was on the phone and saw me but continued to talk on the phone for a good 5 minutes. Her way of telling me she was ready to take my order was by pointing at the meat...while still on the phone. The pointing at various meats, cheeses, and veggies continued until my lackluster footlong was "complete". I didn't think it was possible to serve someone without saying a single word to them. But this subway proved me wrong :) and that's where you get your 1 star.

Manleen was my Sandwich Artist today. She is the first Subway employee I've come across that was in dress code. Had her gloves on had her hat on and made my sandwich exactly the way I want. As a previous Subway employee this is important to me I will definitely be coming back before every skate trip. The Establishment was clean ready and I was served properly.
