Sky Sushi

We started going here for family dinners. The sushi and vibe was so good that my husband would go there with friends. We eventually started going here for date nights or special occasions. It's a really pretty place, intimate, chill, and when the sushi comes out, it's played so beautifully! The freshness of the seafood is definitely a 5. They don't skimp on all this goodness either. Their tempura batter melts in your mouth! So good!!! Our usual orders include: citrus hamachi, the nigiri platter, and I think it's call the tuna sashimi. Definitely check this place out. Features: Very clean.

chef "J" helped me adjust my Tekka Don order (sashimi over sushi rice) and I was very pleasantly surprised when I received my take out order. I have never received that much sashimi at any other Japanese restaurant. The tuna melted in my mouth like butter and was the best fresh tasting fish I have ever had. I have lived in Japan for several years and know what fresh Sushi is surposed to taste like, Congratulations to Chef "J" I will be ordering more in the future. If you like real Japanese food especially raw Tuna, Yellowtail or any other visit Sky Sushi, you will be very pleased. It was worth every penny!

We were in the area & decided to go to Sky Sushi for lunch due to high rating on yelp. I must say that I agree with the high rating. We were seated immediately in the booth when we arrived. Maggie, our server, immediately greeted us & gave water cup to my kid. She also gave crayons & coloring page to keep my kid occupied. The coolest thing was the chopstick helper that she gave to my kid. My kid uses kids' chopsticks at home & was super excited to try using real chopsticks with the helper. We ordered Salmon bento with gyoza & spicy tuna roll, chicken bowl & California roll. It took about 15 minutes for the food to arrive. The portion for bento & bowl were generous! My husband had the chicken bowl and he said that it was delicious. He was super stuffed at the end of the meal. I had the Salmon bowl and it was good. The salmon was cooked perfectly.
