Subway

The Subway sandwich artist was fast efficient and friendly. The store was clean. They only accept credit cards.

So I'm not sure if it's just the app for online ordering that has the issue, but we ordered five sandwiches on the app for pick up. None of them were right. Things I had taken off were on it and things I had added weren't. We salvaged two but the other three were for picky eaters. I went back to the store, explained what happened and asked for them to be remade. I was calm and honestly tried to blame it all in the app, the lady said she had just gotten there so she hadn't made them and would do the remake. I left and came back, my mistake, when I came in she was finishing the last two, but they still weren't how I ordered. I had the email confirmation in my hand. Onions on everything, wrong sauces on the wrong sandwiches, not toasted. I asked her just to not add onions and repeated I just wouldn't use the app again and I was sorry. She snapped at me something about this is what I ordered (wasn't really) and that I should have just not paid if it wasn't right (paid on the app so...)...

Dude behind the counter this afternoon was a beast! Had a line of people for lunch, remembered everything everyone told him and moved the line fast. If I could give more stars just for him I would. Thanks for the creamy sandwich and service!
